The automatic loading and handling line is composed of pull-distance conveyor,
distribution conveyor, automatic packing unit, distribution mechanism, entrance
mechanism and automatic packing machine. It arranges, distributes, transports
and locates the mooncakes and other products, automatically distributes and
arranges the pallets, and accurately delivers the products into the pallets and
packs them at the confluence. At the same time, deoxidizers or alcohol tablets
can be simultaneously put in.

The packing speed of single line can reach 80-140 packages per minute.

The whole line uses 220V 50HZ power supply. As shown in the figure, the total
power of one tow and two tows is about 13KW.

automatic packing line mainly aims at the shape rules of moon cakes, meat
